EVERYWHERE YOU GO, THEY JUST ASK YOU IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION WHO CAN RECOMMEND YOU. NOBODY ENTERTAINS YOU IF YOU DON'T KNOW ANYONE IN THAT COMPANY. WHY IS IT SO???

Reference is vital since the recommender mostly knows what the employer looks in the employee and also the qualities possessed by the candidate. Though the attitude would be exposed in the personal interaction a verification further can be made easy. This also save the time to get the appointment for the candidate

Mr. Pankul, I'd slightly differ from you. I don't think "all" companies do that. Maybe a few do. But normally companies goes with the skills of the candidate, his quality addition to the company. I can understand you might have faced some industries who asked you for recommendation but believe me all are not the same. I am an HR in a IT industry so, I can't help you in telecom. But what I can suggest you is you gain knowledge and strenghten your skills in Telecom as much as you can. Apply in different job sites and give your skills as Telecom. I am sure you'll get some very good offer. All the best...!!!

Although ISI mark instruments sometimes also gives shock but we trust on ISI mark with our eyes closed. Companies too have the same tendency to hire a recommended worker whether he has got the talent or not.
